Ces prot\u00e9ines sont li\u00e9es par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments isotopes qui conduisent \u00e0 une signature isotopique qui peut \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e par l'analyse des isotopes stables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le poisson saumon juv\u00e9nile a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 dans trois habitats isotopiques diff\u00e9rents avec un r\u00e9seau alimentaire diff\u00e9rent pour quantifier le tissu archivistique du globe oculaire du poisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments isotopes stables utilis\u00e9s \u00e9taient le soufre 35, le carbone 13 et l'azote 15 (<sup>34<\/sup>S, <sup>13<\/sup>C,<sup>15<\/sup>N).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'isotope du soufre est utile pour conna\u00eetre les sources alimentaires. Le poisson issu de la migration c\u00f4ti\u00e8re est riche en isotope 13 du carbone, il est donc utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer le mouvement migratoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'isotope de l'azote est utilis\u00e9 dans la gestion des niveaux trophiques chez les animaux migrateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">L'analyse des isotopes stables est formul\u00e9e sur la base du concept \"vous \u00eates ce que vous mangez\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur cette base, les scientifiques ont recherch\u00e9 des isotopes d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le soufre, le carbone et l'azote dans les tissus du saumon adulte \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans trois habitats diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leur \u00e9tude a permis de d\u00e9couvrir que les poissons \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans la plaine d'inondation saisonni\u00e8re avaient plus de couches de lentille et qu'ils grandissaient beaucoup plus vite que ceux \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans la rivi\u00e8re et dans l'habitat d'\u00e9closerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l'analyse isotopique a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les poissons avaient une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en carbone et en soufre en raison des rizi\u00e8res de la rocade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La liaison des prot\u00e9ines de la boule de poisson et de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment isotope a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour analyser le contenu du r\u00e9gime alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les juv\u00e9niles de saumon avaient un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'isotope stable enregistr\u00e9 dans leur lentille oculaire, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 la comparaison avec le poisson adulte pour l'aper\u00e7u de son habitat et de sa source alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cet outil d'analyse des isotopes stables (SIA) a \u00e9largi le champ d'application de divers projets de conservation.
