La mayor\u00eda de las enfermedades no tienen un impacto extremo en nuestra salud y nuestros cuerpos son capaces de luchar por s\u00ed mismos. Aunque los pat\u00f3genos evolucionan hacia una forma m\u00e1s resistente, los humanos han encontrado la forma de mejorar la medicina y salvar muchas vidas. Sin embargo, algunas de las enfermedades actuales todav\u00eda nos asustan. A pesar de las mejoras en las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e9dicas, la cura de muchas enfermedades sigue siendo un misterio. Este es el caso del VIH.<\/p>\n<p>Cient\u00edficos de todo el mundo han tratado de descifrar el virus del VIH para entender c\u00f3mo podemos combatirlo. A medida que se desarrolla su investigaci\u00f3n, se han descubierto cosas curiosas sobre el virus del VIH.<\/p>\n<p>Tras recoger muestras de 800 personas infectadas por el virus del VIH en \u00c1frica, Faria construy\u00f3 el \u00e1rbol geneal\u00f3gico del virus. La historia nos dice que esta prometedora ciudad cambi\u00f3 con la construcci\u00f3n de ferrocarriles y las trabajadoras sexuales, dos formas de transporte que el virus del VIH encontr\u00f3 para propagarse.<\/p>\n<p>Originalmente, existen dos tipos de virus VIH: El VIH-1 grupo M y el VIH-1 grupo O. El VIH-1 grupo M fue el que se propag\u00f3 desde Kinshasa al mundo. El VIH-1 grupo O, en cambio, se origin\u00f3 en las cercan\u00edas pero nunca se propag\u00f3, permaneciendo en \u00c1frica Occidental hasta la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5937 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/output_vx7nah.gif\" alt=\"Virus VIH\" width=\"945\" height=\"708\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Faria cree que la evoluci\u00f3n de ambos grupos podr\u00eda ayudarnos a entender c\u00f3mo se desarrolla esta enfermedad.
