Diese kleine Lobopodienart ist etwa 500 Millionen Jahre alt und sieht aus wie ein Wurm - bis auf seine 20 bis 30 Beine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abgesehen von der Anzahl der Beine, ist dieses kleine Wesen namens <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovatiovermis cribratus<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hat noch einige andere interessante Eigenschaften. W\u00e4hrend des Kambriums lebten sie tief im Meer und <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovatiovermis cribratus <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">verankerte sich am Meeresboden und benutzte seine Beine, um das Wasser zu filtern. Zwei Hauptprobleme halten sie jedoch noch zur\u00fcck:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lobopodien sind ausgestorben. Das bedeutet, dass wir keine molekularen Daten erhalten k\u00f6nnen, um ihren Stammbaum auf dieselbe Weise wie bei lebenden Arten zu erstellen. Der Ausweg besteht darin, nach Fossilien und anatomischen Informationen zu suchen, die bei der Erstellung eines evolution\u00e4ren Szenarios helfen k\u00f6nnten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obwohl auch andere Lobopodien-Fossilien gefunden wurden, weisen sie eine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt und Diskrepanz zueinander auf.
