Die naiven, unsortierten Zellen wurden in FGF2-haltigem CSC-Medium oder mit dem FGFR-Inhibitor SU-5402 kultiviert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Die Rolle des Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktors 2 (FGF2) bei der Selbsterneuerung von Darmkrebs-Stammzellen wurde untersucht<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In \"FGF Signalling in the Self-Renewal of Colon Cancer Organoids\" berichten J\u00f6rg Otte und Kollegen (2019), dass bei allen untersuchten Patienten eine komplexere Selbstorganisation beobachtet wurde, wenn naive Einzelzellen in Matrigel eingebettet und im CSC-Medium kultiviert wurden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es wurde festgestellt, dass Gene, die direkt mit EMT und einem mesenchymalen und selbsterneuernden Ph\u00e4notyp assoziiert sind (TGFB3, ID1, ID2 und ID4), in Organoiden \u00fcberexprimiert sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die FGFR-Inhibition zu einer verst\u00e4rkten MAPK-Signalisierung f\u00fchrte, beobachteten sie eine induzierte Differenzierung, einen Verlust der meisten Stammzellmarker und einen epithelialen Ph\u00e4notyp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krebsstammzellen sind eine Subpopulation b\u00f6sartiger Zellen, die sich selbst erneuern und als st\u00e4ndige Quelle f\u00fcr differenzierte Tumorzellen dienen k\u00f6nnen.
