W\u00e4hrend die Beh\u00f6rden in Italien eine Sterblichkeitsrate von 8-9% melden, liegen die Zahlen in Deutschland und Japan eher bei 1-2%.<\/p>\n<p>Warum ist das so?<\/p>\n<p>Die heute gemeldeten Zahlen belaufen sich auf etwas mehr als 6 000 Todesf\u00e4lle bei 64 000 best\u00e4tigten Coronavirus-Infektionen. Das ist eine Sterblichkeitsrate von 9,3%. Ziemlich hoch, besorgniserregend.<\/p>\n<p>Japan meldete jedoch 33 Todesf\u00e4lle bei ~1K F\u00e4llen (3,3% Sterblichkeitsrate) und Deutschland meldete nur 159 Todesf\u00e4lle bei fast 34K best\u00e4tigten F\u00e4llen... Moment, das sind nur 0,5% Sterblichkeitsrate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"721\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254.png 721w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-254-300x248.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 721px) 100vw, 721px\" \/><figcaption>Sechsmal niedriger als in Japan und fast 20-mal niedriger als in Italien. Was macht Deutschland anders?<br> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Ich habe bereits eine Meinung, aber lassen Sie uns alle verf\u00fcgbaren Theorien durchgehen:<br> &nbsp;1) Das Offensichtlichste: Das Gesundheitssystem in Deutschland ist besser ausgestattet<br> 2) Die Deutschen verwenden innovative Behandlungsmethoden<br> 3) Deutschland befindet sich noch in den ersten Tagen des Ausbruchs, so dass nicht gen\u00fcgend Zeit f\u00fcr eine Stabilisierung der Sterblichkeitsrate zur Verf\u00fcgung stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und das weniger Offensichtliche: Es werden einfach mehr Menschen getestet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie stark wirkt sich das aus? Mindestens das Zehnerfache. Sie testen zehnmal mehr Menschen, und das ist es, was die Sterblichkeitsrate so niedrig macht, also in der Realit\u00e4t:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Die Infektionsraten sind wahrscheinlich 10 Mal niedriger<\/li><li>Die Sterblichkeitsrate ist wahrscheinlich 10 Mal niedriger<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben einfach keine genaue Sch\u00e4tzung der Gesamtzahl der betroffenen Personen, da viele von ihnen keine Symptome entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die einfachste Erkl\u00e4rung ist oft die richtige. In der Wissenschaft nennt man das Okam Razor... und das ist eine ziemlich einfache Erkl\u00e4rung f\u00fcr diese Diskrepanz in den Zahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem entspricht diese Zahl eher der \"Wahrnehmung\" der medizinischen Fachkr\u00e4fte an der Front. Proportional gesehen sterben nicht viele Menschen an der Coronavirus-Infektion - sie ist also nicht so ernst -, aber die Zahlen sind hoch, weil die Viralit\u00e4t h\u00f6her ist als die, die wir von Atemwegserkrankungen gewohnt sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"494\" height=\"453\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255.png 494w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-255-300x275.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 494px) 100vw, 494px\" \/><figcaption>Die Deutschen testen tats\u00e4chlich aktiv Menschen, auch wenn sie keine Symptome zeigen. Diese Zeiten sind vorbei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versuchen Sie, Infektionen vorzubeugen, waschen Sie sich die H\u00e4nde, halten Sie Ihr Immunsystem in Schwung, und das war's. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer t\u00f6dlichen Ursache ist gering, wenn eine angemessene kritische Versorgung zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Behandlung ist im Gange, wir werden f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Jahr Impfstoffe haben, und die ganze Sache wird vor\u00fcbergehen.
