Det kan virke som et trivielt sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Men hvis vi tager i betragtning, at vi n\u00e6sten ikke l\u00e6ser hele artikler i dag, er svaret m\u00e5ske ikke s\u00e5 indlysende.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/good-infographic\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6402 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/14027r.jpg\" alt=\"S\u00e5dan l\u00e6ser folk videnskabelige artikler\" width=\"552\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/14027r.jpg 552w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/14027r-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 552px) 100vw, 552px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vi er ofte p\u00e5 udkig efter hurtigl\u00e6sningsteknikker, der kan hj\u00e6lpe os med at overkomme den m\u00e6ngde information, vi skal bearbejde. Med det i tankerne, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencemag.org\/careers\/2016\/03\/how-seriously-read-scientific-paper\">Science Magazine har lavet en lille unders\u00f8gelse<\/a> og spurgte forskere p\u00e5 forskellige tidspunkter i deres akademiske liv, hvordan de l\u00e6ser videnskabelige artikler.<\/p>\n<p>Blandt svarene er der noget m\u00e6rkeligt, der p\u00e5kalder sig opm\u00e6rksomhed:<\/p>\n<p>\"(...) Jeg tror <strong>Tallene er den vigtigste del<\/strong> af artiklen, fordi artiklens resum\u00e9 og br\u00f8dtekst kan manipuleres og formes til at fort\u00e6lle en overbevisende historie (...) Jeremy C. Borniger, ph.d.-studerende i neurovidenskab ved Ohio State University, Columbus<\/p>\n<p>\"(...) Jeg oplever ofte, at den <strong>De supplerende figurer giver faktisk de mest nysgerrige og interessante resultater.<\/strong> (...)\" Gary McDowell, postdoktor i udviklingsbiologi ved Tufts University i Medford, Massachusetts, og g\u00e6steforsker ved Boston College<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/good-infographic\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6401 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/phd050113s.gif\" alt=\"S\u00e5dan l\u00e6ser folk videnskabelige artikler\" width=\"600\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 trods af den enkelte forskers personlige valg, n\u00e5r han eller hun l\u00e6ser en videnskabelig artikel, ser det ud til, at figurer, grafik eller plot er vigtige.<\/p>\n<p>Vi kan godt forst\u00e5 hvorfor: visuel information er lettere og hurtigere at assimilere.<\/p>\n<p>Brug nu et \u00f8jeblik p\u00e5 at t\u00e6nke over, hvor meget tid og energi du investerer i denne del af din artikel. De fleste forskere har ikke evnen til at lave en fantastisk infografik.
