At kalde det infografik er heller ikke noget nyt. Og ikke bare alle mennesker. Virkelig store, indflydelsesrige mennesker.<\/p>\n<p>I 2014 skrev Nature p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.nature.com\/ofschemesandmemes\/2014\/01\/20\/the-power-of-using-infographics-to-communicate-science\">deres blog<\/a>\u00a0om videnskabskommunikation, og hvor cool det er at bruge en videnskabelig infografik. M\u00e5den, de gjorde det p\u00e5, var enkel: De viste, at et par af deres venner (NASA og Scientific American) ogs\u00e5 synes, at videnskabelig infografik er cool.<\/p>\n<p>De startede indl\u00e6gget med en Pulitzerpris-vinder, Gareth Cook, og hans bog \"Best American Infographics 2013\".<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/BAInfographics.Cook_.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4974 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mindthegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/BAInfographics.Cook_.jpg\" alt=\"videnskabelig infografik\" width=\"1139\" height=\"1500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bogen beviser vigtigheden af videnskabelig infografik ved at vise, hvor omfavnende de kan v\u00e6re.<br \/>\nFra kortl\u00e6gning af havst\u00f8j til hastighedens anatomi - infografik er et fantastisk v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at g\u00f8re sig forst\u00e5elig. Og n\u00e5r det drejer sig om videnskab, er det et naturligt valg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\"Videnskab er et omr\u00e5de, hvor infografik er s\u00e6rlig nyttig og kraftfuld (...) Vores s\u00f8gen efter at forst\u00e5 rummet er et godt eksempel p\u00e5 dette - med afstande og kr\u00e6fter, der er s\u00e5 store, er det sv\u00e6rt for den gennemsnitlige person at forst\u00e5, hvad der er blevet opdaget. Hvordan er det at lande p\u00e5 Mars? Hvor alene er vi egentlig i M\u00e6lkevejen? Det er sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, der kr\u00e6ver visuelle svar.\"<\/em> Gareth Cook<\/p>\n<p>I Cooks bog kan vi finde en guide til NASA's Curiosity rover, der landede p\u00e5 Mars i august 2012. NASA leverede fantastiske illustrationer, og Nature skabte informationsdesignet. Visualiseringer, der er udviklet til et videnskabeligt kyndigt, men ikke-specialiseret publikum, som denne ovenfor, kan hj\u00e6lpe med at g\u00f8re videnskabelige resultater tilg\u00e6ngelige for et bredere publikum.
