Det er meget almindeligt hos mange arter fra fluer til pattedyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lur er ogs\u00e5 med til at forbedre \u00e5rv\u00e5genheden, hvilket er vigtigt for dem, der arbejder sent om aftenen, eller dem, der normalt er i s\u00f8vnunderskud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Det siges ogs\u00e5 at kunne forbedre ens pr\u00e6stationsevne, hukommelse og lindre stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Men bortset fra disse fordele kan de langsigtede konsekvenser af en lur v\u00e6re kroniske for den enkeltes velbefindende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selvom det er et kontroversielt emne, og \u00e5rsagen kan skyldes flere faktorer, der er forbundet med at tage en lur, s\u00e5som utilstr\u00e6kkelig s\u00f8vncyklus, d\u00e5rlig kost eller d\u00e5rligt helbred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Er en lur i l\u00f8bet af dagen din happy hour? Forskere siger noget andet.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En gruppe forskere analyserede effekten af at tage en lur gennem genetiske variationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deres unders\u00f8gelse bestod i at forst\u00e5 den genetiske variation hos forskellige individer gennem deres pr\u00e6ferencer for varighed og pr\u00e6ferencer for lure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt har den genomomfattende associationsunders\u00f8gelse opdaget omkring syv genetiske loci, der svarer til lurtid i l\u00f8bet af dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskerne brugte UK Biobank-deltagere af europ\u00e6isk afstamning (n=452.633), hvoraf omkring 38,2% af deltagerne tog en lur nogle gange, og 5,3% af deltagerne tog altid en lur i l\u00f8bet af dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De, der tog en lur, var n\u00e6sten altid \u00e6ldre m\u00e6nd med h\u00f8jt BMI (body mass index), som var blevet diagnosticeret med s\u00f8vnforstyrrelser, var rygere eller pensionister. De gennemf\u00f8rte et GWAS-studie (genome-wide association study) med tildelte genetiske varianter af h\u00f8j kvalitet, der omfattede omkring fire lakh deltagere. Dette blev gjort ved at \u00e6ndre de forskellige faktorer, der var fundet tidligere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det lykkedes dem at identificere 123 genetiske loci sammen med en enkelt nukleotidpolymorfisme-baseret arvelighed p\u00e5 ca. 11,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De indsn\u00e6vrede deres GWAS til personer med h\u00f8jere BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det viste sig, at ud af 123 loci blev 110 tilbageholdt i genomisk signifikans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">De analyserede ogs\u00e5 forskellen p\u00e5 lurem\u00f8nstrene hos de forskellige k\u00f8n i forbindelse med X-kromosomet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derudover konkluderede de ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 gener, der var ansvarlige for fedmehypersomnolensvejen: <em>PNOC (pr\u00e6pronociceptin), <\/em>og <em>PATJ (krummecellepolaritetskomponent).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desuden viste ekspressionen af FADS1-genet (Fatty Acid Desaturase), der var koloniseret, en pleiotropisk effekt af lipidmetabolismen p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnm\u00f8nsteret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De andre korrelationer blev opfattet i forhold til den genomd\u00e6kkende genetik sammen med tr\u00e6k som det glyk\u00e6miske indeks, antropometrisk samt kardiometabolisk, hvoraf mange korrelationer blev reduceret efter at have taget h\u00f8jde for BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvad mere er, er, at den score, der blev analyseret af phenome-wide association ved hj\u00e6lp af daytime napping genome-wide polygenic, bidrog til korrelationen mellem sygdomme relateret til fedme, hypertension og vigtigst af alt ogs\u00e5 visse kardiometaboliske sygdomme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konklusionen er, at deres resultater er en \u00f8jen\u00e5bner. Nogle gange er det s\u00e5danne vaner, der f\u00f8rer til flere u\u00f8nskede komplikationer i vores kroppe.
