Disse proteiner er bundet af isotopiske elementer, der f\u00f8rer til en isotopisk signatur, som kan evalueres gennem analyse af stabile isotoper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den unge laksefisk blev unders\u00f8gt i tre forskellige isotopiske habitater med et forskelligt f\u00f8denet for at kvantificere det arkiverede v\u00e6v i fiskens \u00f8je\u00e6ble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De anvendte stabile isotop-elementer var svovl 35, kulstof 13 og kv\u00e6lstof 15 (<sup>34<\/sup>S, <sup>13<\/sup>C,<sup>15<\/sup>N).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svovlisotopen er nyttig til at l\u00e6re om f\u00f8dekilder.
