Den nylige interesse for overf\u00f8rsel af coronavirus p\u00e5 grund af Covid-19-pandemien motiverede flere specifikke forskere med relevant overs\u00e6ttelse til vores hverdag. Artiklen med titlen Aerosol- og overfladestabilitet af SARS-Cov2 offentliggjort for nylig i New England Journal of Medicine <\/a> l\u00e6rer os noget meget relevant: Hvor l\u00e6nge holder coronavirus Covid-19 sig \"i live\", efter at det har forladt kroppen p\u00e5 en smittet patient?<\/p>\n

Svaret afh\u00e6nger af materialetypen. Diagrammerne nedenfor viser m\u00e6ngden af virus, der findes i overfladerne over tid. Dette kaldes virussens \"titel\" og bruges til at beregne halveringstiden, dvs. den tid, det tager for virussens titel at falde til det halve. Nedbrydningshastigheden giver os en id\u00e9 om, hvor \"levedygtig\" coronavirus Covid-19 er p\u00e5 hver overflade. Jo mindre levedygtig, jo bedre .... for os, ikke for dem.<\/p>\n

Forfatterne rapporterer om test af virussens levedygtige halveringstid i aerosol (der efterligner den stavede sekretion under et nys), i kobber, pap, rustfrit st\u00e5l og plastik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\u00f8lge de rapporterede data var coronavirus Covid-19 mere stabilt p\u00e5 plast og rustfrit st\u00e5l end p\u00e5 kobber og pap, og der blev p\u00e5vist levedygtig virus op til 72 timer efter p\u00e5f\u00f8ring p\u00e5 disse overflader.<\/p>\n

Halveringstiden for den levedygtige virus er ca. 1 time i aerosol eller kobber, 3 timer i pap og over 5 timer i rustfrit st\u00e5l og plastoverflader.<\/p>\n

Konklusionen er, at plastflaskerne i k\u00f8leskabet eller bestikket kan v\u00e6re det bedste sted for virussen at s\u00e6tte sig fast, hvis nogen i din familie er smittet med symptomer og smitter de andre uden at vide det. Det bedste r\u00e5d er at holde op med at dele disse ting med de andre, bare for at v\u00e6re p\u00e5 den sikre side.<\/p>\n

En anden ikke indlysende konklusion er, at plastikposen i supermarkedet sandsynligvis er farligere end papkassen fra pizzabudet... det er bare et g\u00e6t, men jeg synes, det giver mening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I de almindelige overflader, der bruges til at transportere varer, forbliver coronavirus Covid-19 ikke levedygtig efter 24 timer. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r du kommer tilbage fra k\u00f8bmanden, supermarkedet eller apoteket, kan det hj\u00e6lpe at lade poserne (eller bedre, kasserne) v\u00e6re uden opsyn i en dag og komme tilbage senere. Det er sandsynligvis meget sikrere og is\u00e6r nyttigt, hvis du ikke \u00f8nsker at b\u00e6re handsker og reng\u00f8re hver eneste vare, du har taget med hjem.<\/p>\n

En anden vigtig konklusion er, at coronavirus Covid-19 sandsynligvis spreder sig mere end tidligere vira fra samme klasse p\u00e5 grund af iboende faktorer i dens natur, herunder h\u00f8je virale belastninger i de \u00f8vre luftveje og potentialet for personer, der er inficeret med SARS-CoV-2, til at udgyde og overf\u00f8re virussen, mens de er asymptomatiske.  <\/p>\n

S\u00e5 selvom coronavirus Covid-19 kl\u00e6ber til visse overflader, er den st\u00f8rste fare helt klart den direkte kontakt med smittede mennesker. Coronavirussen forbliver ikke levedygtig l\u00e6nge i aerosolen, men nogle gange er det lige nok at v\u00e6re t\u00e6t p\u00e5 nogen. V\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 den person, der hoster uden maske, og g\u00e5 ikke t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 for at sp\u00f8rge, om han\/hun er testet positiv. Det betyder ikke noget, V\u00e6r forsigtig og isoler dig socialt for at forhindre smitte med coronavirus.<\/a>. Er det i orden?<\/p>\n
