Det er et sv\u00e6rt sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, selv for fysikerne. Der er stadig mange mysterier at l\u00f8se p\u00e5 vores planet og i solsystemet. Vidste du, at solsystemet har mere end 4 milliarder \u00e5r p\u00e5 bagen? Vi har et helt univers at udforske. Det ukendte kan v\u00e6re skr\u00e6mmende, men det er en god ting. Det betyder, at vi har nye ting at l\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 lad os se p\u00e5 nogle af de kuriositeter om vores solsystem, som menneskeheden allerede har opdaget. Og hvem ved, hvad vi vil opdage i morgen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-1 wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/science_figures\">Lav effektive videnskabsfigurer p\u00e5 f\u00e5 minutter<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Solsystemets st\u00f8rrelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den&nbsp;<b>Solsystemet<\/b>&nbsp;er omkring 36 milliarder gange st\u00f8rre end Jorden (3,6 X 10^10). Afstandene i rummet er s\u00e5 enorme, at almindelige meter og kilometer ikke er nok. Astronomerne bruger et meget st\u00f8rre m\u00e5l, som kaldes den astronomiske enhed. Det er den gennemsnitlige afstand fra jorden til solen, eller cirka 150 millioner kilometer. Merkur er kun 0,39 astronomiske enheder fra solen, mens Jupiter kredser i en afstand af 5,5 astronomiske enheder. Og Pluto er helt derude p\u00e5 39,2 astronomiske enheder. Kuldioxid er en vigtig gas i drivhuseffekten. Normalt opvarmer solen planetens overflade om dagen, men om natten afk\u00f8les planeten ved at frigive infrar\u00f8d str\u00e5ling (varme) tilbage i rummet. S\u00e5 vi m\u00e6rker ogs\u00e5 drivhuseffekten, der holder os varme om natten. Men med luftforureningen og stigningen i kuldioxid kan temperaturen blive for h\u00f8j, hvilket bidrager til den globale opvarmning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-2 wp-block-buttons\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/science_figures\">Er du klar til at komme i gang hos Mind the Graph?<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Og Pluto?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pluto er en dv\u00e6rgplanet i Kuiperb\u00e6ltet, en ring af legemer uden for Neptun. Den var det f\u00f8rste objekt i Kuiperb\u00e6ltet, der blev opdaget, og er den st\u00f8rste kendte plutoide (eller&nbsp;<i>isdv\u00e6rg<\/i>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuiper-b\u00e6ltet <sup>1<\/sup>  er en cirkumstellar skive i det ydre solsystem, der str\u00e6kker sig fra Neptuns bane.  Den svarer til asteroideb\u00e6ltet, men er langt st\u00f8rre.  Ligesom asteroideb\u00e6ltet best\u00e5r det hovedsageligt af sm\u00e5 legemer eller rester fra dengang, Solsystemet blev dannet. Mens mange asteroider prim\u00e6rt best\u00e5r af sten og metal, best\u00e5r de fleste objekter i Kuiperb\u00e6ltet hovedsageligt af frosne flygtige stoffer (kaldet \"is\"), s\u00e5som metan, ammoniak og vand. Kuiperb\u00e6ltet er hjemsted for tre officielt anerkendte dv\u00e6rgplaneter: Pluto, Haumea og Makemake.
