Chceme v\u011bdc\u016fm umo\u017enit, aby se v\u011bda stala vizu\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a dosa\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku v\u00e1m uk\u00e1\u017eu n\u011bco m\u00e1lo z p\u016fvodn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd provedl&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Yelena_Sterlin2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yelena Sterlin<\/a> a kolegov\u00e9. Je studentkou doktorsk\u00e9ho studia na Fakult\u011b zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed Hebrejsk\u00e9 univerzity v Jeruzal\u00e9m\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jej\u00ed nov\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/330976296_Optimized_Small-Molecule_Pull-Downs_Define_MLBP1_as_an_Acyl-Lipid-Binding_Protein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Optimalizovan\u00e9 Pull-Downs s mal\u00fdmi molekulami definuj\u00ed MLBP1 jako protein v\u00e1zaj\u00edc\u00ed acyl-lipidy<\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btlo do interakc\u00ed mezi proteiny a metabolity v rostlin\u00e1ch se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na receptory kyseliny abscisov\u00e9 (ABA). Je tak\u00e9 p\u0159edplatitelkou programu mind the graph, a proto vytvo\u0159ila infografiku ve form\u00e1tu <a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\">pozor na graf<\/a> vysv\u011btlit jejich metodiku.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>V\u00fdznam protein\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s dom\u00e9nou START<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-018-22538-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010casopis Nature<\/a>, kyselina abscisov\u00e1 (ABA) je hlavn\u00edm fytohormonem, kter\u00fd se pod\u00edl\u00ed na reakci na abiotick\u00fd stres a na adaptaci na n\u011bj. Je tak\u00e9 kandid\u00e1tem na agrochemik\u00e1lie.  ABA byla poprv\u00e9 objevena v 60. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm regul\u00e1torem tak rozmanit\u00fdch proces\u016f, jako je dormance, kl\u00ed\u010den\u00ed, v\u00fdvoj semen a reakce na biotick\u00fd a abiotick\u00fd stres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejstar\u0161\u00ed ud\u00e1losti zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hu ABA zahrnuj\u00ed vazbu ABA na receptory PYR\/PYL\/RCARs. Tyto receptory pat\u0159\u00ed do superrodiny s dom\u00e9nou START.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proteinov\u00e9 dom\u00e9ny START jsou dom\u00e9ny v\u00e1zaj\u00edc\u00ed lipidy, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed v genomech bakteri\u00ed, protist, kvasinek, rostlin a \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f. \u010cast\u011bji se v\u0161ak vyskytuj\u00ed u rostlin. Podle<a href=\"https:\/\/genomebiology.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/gb-2004-5-6-r41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Schrick<\/a>, p\u0159\u00edtomnost dom\u00e9n START u evolu\u010dn\u011b vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch druh\u016f, jako jsou \u017eivo\u010dichov\u00e9 a rostliny, nazna\u010duje konzervovan\u00fd mechanismus interakce protein\u016f s lipidy\/steroly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cl\u00e1nek publikovan\u00fd v \u010dasopise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30735592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010casopis The Plant Journal<\/a> se zam\u011b\u0159uje na receptory ABA PYR\/PYL\/RCAR.  V\u011bdci se rozhodli optimalizovat metodu, kter\u00e1 by umo\u017enila identifikaci ligand\u016f START dom\u00e9ny a protein\u016f p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch START dom\u00e9n\u011b v rostlin\u00e1ch, proto\u017ee<em>&nbsp;\"ligandy protein\u016f s dom\u00e9nou START jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich protein\u016f u \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f i rostlin a bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee rostlinn\u00e9 proteiny s dom\u00e9nou START se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch fyziologick\u00fdch procesech\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed abstrakt metodiky<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Pro vysv\u011btlen\u00ed sv\u00e9 metodiky vytvo\u0159ili v\u011bdci infografiku s ilustracemi graf\u016f.
