U \u010dlov\u011bka jsou nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi slou\u010deninami t\u00e9to skupiny vitamin D3 (zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako cholekalciferol) a vitamin D2 (ergokalciferol).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u011blo si ho vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z cholesterolu, kdy\u017e je k\u016f\u017ee vystavena slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eovat zdravou hladinu vitaminu D. M\u00e1 v\u00fdznamnou \u00falohu v homeost\u00e1ze a metabolismu v\u00e1pn\u00edku.
