Pochopen\u00ed mechanismu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u017eivota pacient\u016f a nalezen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby. Navzdory obrovsk\u00e9mu \u00fasil\u00ed akademick\u00e9 obce a farmaceutick\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu nen\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b k dispozici \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba.
