CF je zp\u016fsobena mutacemi v genu k\u00f3duj\u00edc\u00edm kan\u00e1l CFTR (cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator).  Tento protein je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za odchylky v transportu iont\u016f p\u0159es bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle referenc\u00ed Genetics home <sup>1<\/sup>, gen CFTR poskytuje instrukce pro tvorbu proteinu zvan\u00e9ho regul\u00e1tor transmembr\u00e1nov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed cystick\u00e9 fibr\u00f3zy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento protein funguje jako kan\u00e1l p\u0159es membr\u00e1nu bun\u011bk, kter\u00e9 produkuj\u00ed hlen, pot, sliny, slzy a tr\u00e1vic\u00ed enzymy. Kan\u00e1l p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1porn\u011b nabit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice zvan\u00e9 chloridov\u00e9 ionty do bun\u011bk a z bun\u011bk. Transport chloridov\u00fdch iont\u016f pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u0159\u00eddit pohyb vody ve tk\u00e1n\u00edch, co\u017e je nezbytn\u00e9 pro tvorbu \u0159\u00eddk\u00e9ho, voln\u011b tekouc\u00edho hlenu. Pl\u00edce produkuj\u00ed hust\u00fd hlen, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee uv\u00edznout v d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest\u00e1ch.
