Alzheimerova choroba je \u0161estou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed v USA a postihuje <strong>35 milion\u016f lid\u00ed<\/strong> po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee existuje p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinn\u00e1 souvislost mezi kognitivn\u00edm deficitem u AD a \u00fabytkem synaps\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 dysfunkce synaps\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee souviset se dv\u011bma patologick\u00fdmi cestami. Extracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed akumulace <strong>peptid beta-amyloid<\/strong> a intracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed akumulace <strong>tau protein<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee tyto dva procesy hraj\u00ed u AD d\u016fle\u017eitou roli.
