Poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e je n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdtvor publikov\u00e1n, m\u00e1me chu\u0165 slavit spole\u010dn\u011b s autory. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jejich hladiny v krvi n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee napov\u011bd\u011bt, jak \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 je chemoterapeutick\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba. <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vyu\u017eit\u00ed cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edch nukleozom\u016f jako biomarker\u016f je vzru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed novou oblast\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00e1 slibuje, \u017ee umo\u017en\u00ed jak v\u010dasnou detekci rakoviny, tak potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed sledov\u00e1n\u00ed reakce rakoviny na l\u00e9\u010dbu v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase. Zab\u00fdv\u00e1me se tak\u00e9 t\u00edm, jak kombinovat tyto nov\u00e9 biomarkery zalo\u017een\u00e9 na histonech se sou\u010dasn\u00fdmi biomarkery, abychom zv\u00fd\u0161ili specifi\u010dnost i citlivost sou\u010dasn\u00fdch test\u016f.
