Objevili prvn\u00ed lidsk\u00fd virus schopn\u00fd vyvolat rakovinu, kter\u00fd byl nakonec pojmenov\u00e1n po nich: Epstein-Barrov\u00e9 (EBV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se dozv\u00edte o viru Epstein-Barrov\u00e9, n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e9m jako nemoc z l\u00edb\u00e1n\u00ed, a o zp\u016fsobech jeho diagnostiky a l\u00e9\u010dby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Co je virus Epsteina-Barrov\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Virus Epstein-Barrov\u00e9 je infekce podobn\u00e1 herpesu, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et slinami. EBV je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, <strong>9 z 10 lid\u00ed je infikov\u00e1no.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed se nakaz\u00ed v d\u011btstv\u00ed a z\u016fstane naka\u017een\u00e1 po zbytek \u017eivota. Tento virus obvykle nevyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky ani obt\u00ed\u017ee. Pokud se lid\u00e9 nakaz\u00ed v dosp\u011blosti, m\u016f\u017ee se u nich objevit \u017el\u00e1zov\u00e1 hore\u010dka (zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako \"mononukle\u00f3za\" nebo \"nemoc z l\u00edb\u00e1n\u00ed\"), kter\u00e1 je pom\u011brn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1, ale obvykle b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f odezn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jakmile se jednou nakaz\u00edte, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 EBV v t\u011ble latentn\u00ed po zbytek \u017eivota v neaktivn\u00ed nebo sp\u00edc\u00ed form\u011b. EBV se m\u016f\u017eete nakazit od infikovan\u00e9 osoby n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed nebo ka\u0161el;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00edb\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed interakce (krev a sperma);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sd\u00edlen\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, jako je zubn\u00ed kart\u00e1\u010dek, p\u0159\u00edbor nebo hrnek;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dot\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed se p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, kter\u00e9 si d\u00edt\u011b mohlo vlo\u017eit do \u00fast nebo na kter\u00e9 slintalo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edznaky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Intenzita p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f se u jednotliv\u00fdch osob s virem Epstein-Barrov\u00e9 li\u0161\u00ed. Mezi p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bolest v krku nebo z\u00e1n\u011bt v krku (otok);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00danava nebo pocit velk\u00e9 \u00fanavy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hore\u010dka;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zdu\u0159en\u00ed lymfatick\u00fdch uzlin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ko\u017en\u00ed vyr\u00e1\u017eky;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed sleziny a jater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U d\u011bt\u00ed infikovan\u00fdch EBV se p\u0159\u00edznaky projevuj\u00ed jen z\u0159\u00eddka, a pokud se objev\u00ed, jsou srovnateln\u00e9 s kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi, jako je nachlazen\u00ed nebo ch\u0159ipka. U star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, jako jsou dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed nebo dosp\u011bl\u00ed, se p\u0159\u00edznaky projevuj\u00ed po dobu dvou a\u017e \u010dty\u0159 t\u00fddn\u016f, i kdy\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, zejm\u00e9na ty, kter\u00e9 souvisej\u00ed s produktivitou, mohou p\u0159etrv\u00e1vat d\u00e9le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Diagnostika, prevence a l\u00e9\u010dba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Diagnostika<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diagnostika EBV je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 vzhledem k podobnosti viru s jin\u00fdmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdmi chorobami.
