Je snadn\u00e9 zam\u011bnit plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed s poru\u0161en\u00edm autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, p\u0159esto\u017ee mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma pojmy existuje mnoho rozd\u00edl\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00ed ciz\u00edho d\u00edla bez svolen\u00ed je nez\u00e1konn\u00e9, ale plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed a poru\u0161en\u00ed autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v jsou dva odli\u0161n\u00e9 druhy kr\u00e1de\u017ee. Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi poru\u0161en\u00edm autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v a plagi\u00e1torstv\u00edm spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee poru\u0161en\u00ed autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v je nez\u00e1konn\u00e9. \u010cl\u00e1nek uv\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady obou typ\u016f neetick\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed obsahu a rozeb\u00edr\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edly mezi nimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Co je plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed nen\u00ed trestn\u00fdm \u010dinem, ale etick\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, pokud jde o pou\u017eit\u00ed ciz\u00edch v\u00fdtvor\u016f, fr\u00e1z\u00ed, obr\u00e1zk\u016f a slov. Plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 se dopustit r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby a za r\u016fzn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed. Obvykle se jedn\u00e1 o n\u011bkoho, kdo prohl\u00e1s\u00ed ciz\u00ed d\u00edlo za sv\u00e9, ani\u017e by uvedl p\u016fvodn\u00edho autora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed se nej\u010dast\u011bji vyskytuje v akademick\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, a to jak ve fyzick\u00e9, tak v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b. Zkop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku od n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho a jeho odesl\u00e1n\u00ed pod jeho jm\u00e9nem bez uveden\u00ed pozn\u00e1mek pod \u010darou nebo citac\u00ed je plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed.  Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1 plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed tendenci nab\u00fdvat mnoha podob, mj:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Osoba, kter\u00e1 vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 ciz\u00ed pr\u00e1ci za svou vlastn\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citace, kter\u00e9 nejsou obklopeny uvozovkami.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cit\u00e1t, jeho\u017e zdroj je nep\u0159esn\u011b uveden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed bez uveden\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho zdroje \u010dl\u00e1nku nebo prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nahrazen\u00ed fr\u00e1z\u00ed form\u00e1tem zdroje, ale jeho neuveden\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u011bty p\u0159eformulov\u00e1n\u00edm n\u011bkter\u00fdch slov tak, aby text vypadal jinak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Studenti se \u010dasto dopou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed plagi\u00e1torstv\u00ed, ani\u017e by si uv\u011bdomovali, o co se jedn\u00e1.
