Ji\u017e neexistuje rovnov\u00e1ha mezi pracovn\u00edm a soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem (pokud v\u016fbec n\u011bkdy existovala), zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee administr\u00e1to\u0159i postr\u00e1daj\u00ed soucit a pochopen\u00ed, a zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee pen\u00edze maj\u00ed p\u0159ednost, tak\u017ee se mnoz\u00ed v t\u00e9to oblasti c\u00edt\u00ed znechuceni, zran\u011bni a tou\u017e\u00ed po n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e9m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho v\u011bdc\u016f tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee je pandemie donutila p\u0159ehodnotit svou kari\u00e9ru a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Po cel\u00fdch Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech se objevuj\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy, \u017ee lid\u00e9 ve v\u0161ech pracovn\u00edch oborech jsou unaveni, proto\u017ee univerzity st\u00e1le zrychluj\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COVID-19 p\u0159inesl nep\u0159edv\u00eddan\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ed pandemi\u00ed neo\u010dek\u00e1valy, v\u010detn\u011b zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed epidemie, nedostatku person\u00e1lu, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi pracovn\u00edky panuje velk\u00e1 \u00fanava a mnoz\u00ed hledaj\u00ed jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Statistick\u00e9 \u00fadaje nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee tento trend negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku budeme zkoumat, zda a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem byli akademi\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci ovlivn\u011bni velkou rezignac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>V \u010dem p\u0159esn\u011b spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 velk\u00e1 rezignace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1le v\u00edce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f odch\u00e1z\u00ed z pr\u00e1ce dobrovoln\u011b v r\u00e1mci <strong>Velk\u00e1 rezignace<\/strong>, kter\u00fd se tak\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b ozna\u010duje jako <strong>Velk\u00fd odchod<\/strong> nebo <strong>Velk\u00e9 p\u0159euspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee lid\u00e9 opou\u0161t\u011bli sv\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed kv\u016fli nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmu pracovn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, obor\u016fm nebo nesouladu mezi pracovn\u00edm a osobn\u00edm \u017eivotem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 poznamenat, \u017ee tyto typy probl\u00e9m\u016f se vyskytuj\u00ed i v akademick\u00e9 oblasti profese. V d\u016fsledku rostouc\u00ed nespokojenosti v r\u016fzn\u00fdch aspektech jejich pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu i v t\u00e9to kategorii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Porozum\u011bn\u00ed nespokojenosti v polovin\u011b kari\u00e9ry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2021, kdy \u010dasopis Nature provedl pr\u016fzkum spokojenosti a platu v\u011bdc\u016f (t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dv\u011b t\u0159etiny z nich jsou akademi\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci), bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee v\u011bdci nejsou spokojeni se svou prac\u00ed.
