(2018) v \u010dl\u00e1nku \"High-resolution synchrotron-based X-ray microtomography as a tool to unveil the three-dimensional neuronal architecture of the brain\" (Rentgenov\u00e1 mikrotomografie s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm jako n\u00e1stroj k odhalen\u00ed trojrozm\u011brn\u00e9 neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed architektury mozku) uvedli, \u017ee studium neuron\u016f jako individualizovan\u00fdch jednotek m\u00e1 sv\u016fj po\u010d\u00e1tek v 19. stolet\u00ed, kdy byla vytvo\u0159ena doktr\u00edna neuron\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech bylo vynalo\u017eeno velk\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed na pochopen\u00ed neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed organizace a konektivity v intaktn\u00edch vzorc\u00edch mozku. Technika zna\u010den\u00ed podle Golgiho-Coxe nab\u00edz\u00ed vhodn\u00fd kontrast pro specifick\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed neuron\u016f pro rentgenovou mikrotomografii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neurony maj\u00ed odli\u0161nou morfologii a specifick\u00e9 vzorce propojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u011bdci p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed metodu zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed rentgenovou mikrotomografii na synchrotronu s Golgiho-Coxov\u00fdm impregna\u010dn\u00edm protokolem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metoda nab\u00edz\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a homogenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontrast relativn\u011b \u0159\u00eddce rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch cel\u00fdch neuron\u016f v tk\u00e1ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mozky byly inkubov\u00e1ny v barvic\u00edm roztoku Golgiho-Coxe po dobu 14 dn\u016f a chr\u00e1n\u011bny p\u0159ed sv\u011btlem.
