Skupina z Farmaceutick\u00e9 fakulty pod veden\u00edm Claudie Figueiredo (2019) studovala, jak se virus zika replikuje v mozkov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni dosp\u011bl\u00fdch lid\u00ed a jak po\u0161kozuje synapse a pam\u011b\u0165 u my\u0161\u00ed. Virus zika je arbovirus pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed do \u010deledi Flaviviridae, kter\u00fd je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za ned\u00e1vnou velkou epidemii v Latinsk\u00e9 Americe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ZIKV byl nalezen v mozku a mozkom\u00ed\u0161n\u00edm moku dosp\u011bl\u00fdch pacient\u016f. Imunoreaktivita NS2B kolokalizovala s NeuN-imunoreaktivn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami, ale ne s GFAP nebo F4\/80, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee ZikV je ve zral\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni c\u00edlen na neurony. U dosp\u011bl\u00fdch imunokompetentn\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed infikovan\u00fdch intracerebroventrikul\u00e1rn\u00ed infuz\u00ed ZIKV byly zji\u0161t\u011bny vysok\u00e9 hladiny RNA ZikV ve front\u00e1ln\u00ed k\u016f\u0159e a hipokampu a hlavn\u00edm typem infikovan\u00fdch bun\u011bk byly zral\u00e9 neurony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Byly ov\u011b\u0159eny zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny TNF-\u03b1 v mozku, intenzivn\u00ed mikrogli\u00f3za, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 exprese protein\u016f komplementov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu (C1q a C3) a po\u0161kozen\u00ed hipokamp\u00e1ln\u00edch synaps\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
