V\u011bdci s jistotou nev\u011bd\u00ed, zda jsou tyto bu\u0148ky kmenov\u00e9 nebo jak\u00e9 druhy bun\u011bk mohou vytv\u00e1\u0159et. Shoduj\u00ed se v\u0161ak na tom, \u017ee ne v\u0161echny MSC jsou stejn\u00e9 a \u017ee jejich vlastnosti se li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na tom, odkud v t\u011ble poch\u00e1zej\u00ed a jak jsou odd\u011bleny a produkov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-induced-pluripotent-stem-cells\"><strong>Indukovan\u00e9 pluripotentn\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Indukovan\u00e9 pluripotentn\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky (iPS) jsou laboratorn\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 byly transformov\u00e1ny z bun\u011bk specifick\u00fdch pro ur\u010ditou tk\u00e1\u0148, nap\u0159\u00edklad z ko\u017en\u00edch bun\u011bk, na bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 se chovaj\u00ed jako embryon\u00e1ln\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. Okam\u017eit\u011b se projevilo v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed Reemin\u00fdch mozkov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed. Dva m\u011bs\u00edce po transplantaci se j\u00ed obnovil zrak a vr\u00e1tila se do pr\u00e1ce. Tyto povzbudiv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee Reemina RS se v d\u016fsledku transplantace kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk zpomalila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-heart-attack\"><strong>Srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle DailyMailu Dave Randle v roce 2016 prod\u011blal infarkt, po kter\u00e9m mu v\u00e1\u017en\u011b selhalo srdce, a odborn\u00edci ho varovali. Dave\u016fv \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh s kmenov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami m\u011bl \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd konec n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f po transplantaci - za\u010dal se c\u00edtit siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a l\u00e9ka\u0159i u n\u011bj zjistili v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zm\u011bny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-hiv\"><strong>HIV<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2013 byl u jedn\u00e9 \u017eeny diagnostikov\u00e1n virus HIV. Podle den\u00edku j\u00ed byla v b\u0159eznu 2017 diagnostikov\u00e1na tak\u00e9 akutn\u00ed myeloidn\u00ed leuk\u00e9mie, tak\u017ee se stala kandid\u00e1tkou na transplantaci kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Transplantace kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk j\u00ed byla provedena prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dvou transfuz\u00ed krve: jedn\u00e9 od star\u0161\u00edho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho a druh\u00e9 od nep\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte.
