Podle v\u00fdzkum\u016f z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta se zd\u00e1, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 slo\u017eka Andropogon virginicus dok\u00e1\u017ee sni\u017eovat komplikace spojen\u00e9 s cukrovkou a rakovinou. Invazn\u00ed plevele, jako je Andropogon virginicus, ohro\u017euj\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blskou produkci a hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd r\u016fst po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Doposud nebylo navr\u017eeno \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by tuto rostlinu \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvalo a vypo\u0159\u00e1dalo se s n\u00ed. Tito v\u011bdci zkoumaj\u00ed v\u00fdta\u017eky z Andropogon virginicus a vyzdvihuj\u00ed jejich potenci\u00e1l jako rostlinn\u00e9ho \u0161lecht\u011bn\u00ed a l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9ho prost\u0159edku proti nemocem, jako je cukrovka 2. typu a rakovina krve. To p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhody jak pro plodiny, tak pro lidi. V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee plevel m\u00e1 vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed flavonoid\u016f. V t\u011bchto rostlinn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch je obsa\u017eena zna\u010dn\u00e1 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 aktivita. <\/p>\n\n\n

Je to vytrval\u00e1 bylina C4, kter\u00e1 je ozna\u010dov\u00e1na za invazn\u00ed druh. N\u011bkolik rostlin A. virginicus roste bl\u00edzko sebe a dosahuje v\u00fd\u0161ky 210 cm. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech sv\u011bta, nap\u0159. v Evrop\u011b, se tento druh komer\u010dn\u011b prod\u00e1v\u00e1, i kdy\u017e obecn\u011b nen\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1n za hospod\u00e1\u0159sky v\u00fdznamn\u00fd. Siln\u00e1 invazn\u00ed schopnost druhu A. virginicus nav\u00edc ohro\u017euje biologickou rozmanitost. A. virginicus je tak\u00e9 problematickou rostlinou v zahradnictv\u00ed kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu bujn\u00e9mu a plodn\u00e9mu r\u016fstu. Vzhledem k obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 kontrole A. virginicus a jeho nes\u010detn\u00fdm potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm hrozb\u00e1m je v\u00fdzkum tohoto invazn\u00edho druhu nedostate\u010dn\u00fd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zat\u00edm nebylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, zda existuje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 strategie k potla\u010den\u00ed invazivity A. virginicus a vyu\u017eit\u00ed jeho p\u0159\u00ednosu pro \u010dlov\u011bka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 s t\u00edmto p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm zdrojem \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b hospoda\u0159it, zejm\u00e9na proto, \u017ee existuje \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch rostlin, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed terapeutick\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed slibnou oblast v\u00fdzkumu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u011bdci tedy zjistili, \u017ee tato rostlina si zaslou\u017e\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed studium, a identifikovali n\u011bkter\u00e9 potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy tohoto druhu rostliny. <\/p>\n\n\n

Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f tohoto pokusu byly zkoum\u00e1ny soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky antioxidant\u016f, antityrosin\u00e1z, anti\u03b1-amyl\u00e1z a cytotoxicity u A. virginicus, plevele, jeho\u017e invazivn\u00ed charakter byl kdysi pova\u017eov\u00e1n za probl\u00e9m. Chemick\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za biologick\u00e9 aktivity rostlin. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 ur\u010dit biologickou aktivitu rostlin, je t\u0159eba detekovat a identifikovat fytokomponenty. Tato studie zkoumala celkov\u00fd obsah fenolick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (TPC) a flavonoid\u016f (TFC) v rostlin\u00e1ch. TPC a TFC jsou nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v ethylacet\u00e1tu v\u0161ech frak\u010dn\u00edch extrakt\u016f. V anal\u00fdze extraktu dominovaly flavonoidy a flavonoly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Existuje korelace mezi TPC, TFC a t\u00edm, \u017ee A. virginicus m\u00e1 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti. Extrakce ethylacet\u00e1tem a celkov\u00fd surov\u00fd extrakt A. virginicus maj\u00ed krom\u011b antioxida\u010dn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed tak\u00e9 antityrosin\u00e1zov\u00e9 schopnosti. Na t\u00e9to schopnosti se mohou v\u00fdznamn\u011b pod\u00edlet flavonoidy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rostlinn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se v\u00e1zaly na voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly a chr\u00e1nily bu\u0148ky p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm, kdy\u017e byly tyto chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky aplikov\u00e1ny na spektrum bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch lini\u00ed. T\u00edm se na \u00farovni k\u016f\u017ee inhibuje protein zvan\u00fd tyrozin\u00e1za, kter\u00fd zabra\u0148uje vzniku sta\u0159eck\u00fdch skvrn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee tato vazba m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt ke zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu t\u011blu, chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed n\u00e1sledky bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by mohly v\u00e9st k cukrovce 2. typu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krom\u011b toho v\u011bdci pod\u00e1vali tyto odvozen\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm lini\u00edm s chronickou myelogenn\u00ed leuk\u00e9mi\u00ed, co\u017e je vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed postihuj\u00edc\u00ed krev. Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee extrakt rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky ni\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mezi v\u00fdsledky t\u00e9to studie pat\u0159\u00ed n\u011bkolik slibn\u00fdch a pozitivn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tohoto rozsahu jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00e1.
