Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 mozek b\u011bhem t\u011bchto p\u0159est\u00e1vek stla\u010duje a upev\u0148uje vzpom\u00ednky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed autor studie a vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk N\u00e1rodn\u00edho institutu neurologick\u00fdch poruch a mrtvice (NIH's National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, NINDS) Leonardo G. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee p\u0159ehr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nervov\u00e9 aktivity je z\u00e1kladem n\u011bkolika forem pam\u011bti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fdm doktora Cohena zaznamen\u00e1val mozkov\u00e9 vlny 33 zdrav\u00fdch prav\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed testovali k\u00f3d levou rukou, pomoc\u00ed vysoce citliv\u00e9ho sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed zvan\u00e9ho magnetoencefalografie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokusn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m byly zad\u00e1ny \u010d\u00edslice 41234, kter\u00e9 byly zobrazeny na obrazovce po dobu 10 sekund, a byly po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1ny, aby tento k\u00f3d zapsaly co nejv\u00edcekr\u00e1t po dobu 10 sekund, pot\u00e9 n\u00e1sledovala 10sekundov\u00e1 p\u0159est\u00e1vka. Tento postup opakovali 35kr\u00e1t, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b cvi\u010dili a odpo\u010d\u00edvali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po tomto experimentu zjistili, \u017ee schopnost subjektu spr\u00e1vn\u011b zadat k\u00f3d se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ila a po 11. pokusu se zastavila.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomoc\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edho po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho programu vyvinut\u00e9ho t\u00fdmem se jim poda\u0159ilo zjistit, jak mozek zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 jednotliv\u00e1 testovac\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem p\u0159est\u00e1vek se projevila mnohem rychlej\u0161\u00ed verze mozkov\u00e9 aktivity p\u0159i psan\u00ed, jak uk\u00e1zal program; byla asi 20kr\u00e1t rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ta, kter\u00e1 byla pozorov\u00e1na p\u0159i psan\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ukon\u010den\u00ed pokus\u016f do\u0161lo k dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9mu a\u017e trojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed aktivity. \u010cast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed opakov\u00e1n\u00ed vedlo k rychlej\u0161\u00edmu skokov\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu ne\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 opakov\u00e1n\u00ed v mozc\u00edch subjekt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u0161ech zkouman\u00fdch obdob\u00edch bd\u011bl\u00e9ho klidu se prov\u00e1d\u011blo nervov\u00e9 p\u0159ehr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9 tr\u00e9novan\u00e9 sekvence. Naproti tomu byl zji\u0161t\u011bn rozd\u00edl v m\u00ed\u0159e detekce v z\u00e1vislosti na d\u00e9lce opakov\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee opakovan\u00e1 aktivita se nej\u010dast\u011bji nach\u00e1z\u00ed v senzomotorick\u00fdch oblastech mozku, tedy v \u010d\u00e1sti mozku, kter\u00e1 reguluje pohyb. Krom\u011b toho se na p\u0159ehr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vzpom\u00ednek pod\u00edl\u00ed tak\u00e9 hipokampus a entorhin\u00e1ln\u00ed k\u016fra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost hipokamp\u00e1ln\u00edch a neokortik\u00e1ln\u00edch opakov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k rychl\u00e9 konsolidaci dovednost\u00ed v bd\u011bl\u00e9m stavu. To byl nejp\u0159ekvapiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prvek studie.
