Je velmi b\u011b\u017en\u00fd u mnoha \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch druh\u016f od much a\u017e po savce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zd\u0159\u00edmnut\u00ed je tak\u00e9 spojeno se zlep\u0161en\u00edm bd\u011blosti, co\u017e je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed dlouho do noci, nebo pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed obvykle trp\u00ed nedostatkem sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti, pam\u011bti a zm\u00edr\u0148uje stres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Krom\u011b t\u011bchto v\u00fdhod v\u0161ak mohou b\u00fdt dlouhodob\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pod\u0159imov\u00e1n\u00ed chronick\u00e9 pro pohodu jedince.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u010dkoli se jedn\u00e1 o kontroverzn\u00ed t\u00e9ma a p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00edce faktor\u016f spojen\u00fdch s kojen\u00edm, jako je nedostate\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00e1nkov\u00fd cyklus, \u0161patn\u00e1 strava nebo \u0161patn\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Je \u010das na span\u00ed b\u011bhem dne va\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u0165astnou hodinou? V\u011bdci tvrd\u00ed opak.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skupina v\u011bdc\u016f analyzovala \u00fa\u010dinky zd\u0159\u00edmnut\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm genetick\u00fdch zm\u011bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jejich studie spo\u010d\u00edvala v pozn\u00e1n\u00ed genetick\u00e9 variability r\u016fzn\u00fdch jedinc\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jejich preferenc\u00ed v d\u00e9lce a preferenc\u00edch zd\u0159\u00edmnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo v r\u00e1mci celogenomov\u00e9 asocia\u010dn\u00ed studie objeveno p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b sedm genetick\u00fdch lokus\u016f, kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed dob\u011b sp\u00e1nku b\u011bhem dne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pou\u017eili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky britsk\u00e9 biobanky evropsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu (n=452 633), z nich\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 38,2% si ob\u010das zd\u0159\u00edmne a 5,3% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f si b\u011bhem dne zd\u0159\u00edmne v\u017edy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tito pod\u0159imuj\u00edc\u00ed byli t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u017edy star\u0161\u00ed mu\u017ei s vysok\u00fdm BMI nebo indexem t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti, m\u011bli diagnostikovan\u00e9 poruchy sp\u00e1nku, byli ku\u0159\u00e1ci nebo d\u016fchodci. Provedli celogenomovou asocia\u010dn\u00ed studii (GWAS) s vysoce kvalitn\u00edmi p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00fdmi genetick\u00fdmi variantami, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b \u010dty\u0159i jezera \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. P\u0159itom m\u011bnili r\u016fzn\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 faktory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b identifikovali 123 genetick\u00fdch lokus\u016f spolu s d\u011bdi\u010dnost\u00ed zalo\u017eenou na jednonukleotidov\u00e9m polymorfismu, kter\u00e1 byla p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 11,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv\u00e9 studie GWAS z\u00fa\u017eili na jedince s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee ze 123 lokus\u016f bylo 110 zadr\u017eeno v celogenomov\u00e9m v\u00fdznamu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Analyzovali tak\u00e9 rozd\u00edly ve vzorc\u00edch pod\u0159imov\u00e1n\u00ed u r\u016fzn\u00fdch pohlav\u00ed v souvislosti s chromozomem X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho dosp\u011bli tak\u00e9 k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee geny jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za cestu hypersomnolence p\u0159i obezit\u011b: <em>PNOC (prepronociceptin), <\/em>a <em>PATJ (slo\u017eka polarity drobiv\u00fdch bun\u011bk).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho exprese genu FADS1 (desatur\u00e1za mastn\u00fdch kyselin), kter\u00fd byl kolonizov\u00e1n, pouk\u00e1zala na pleiotropn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek metabolismu lipid\u016f na sp\u00e1nkov\u00fd vzorec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed korelace byly vn\u00edm\u00e1ny ve vztahu ke genetick\u00fdm genom\u016fm spolu se znaky, jako je glykemick\u00fd index, antropometrick\u00e9 a kardiometabolick\u00e9 vlastnosti, z nich\u017e mnoh\u00e9 korelace byly sn\u00ed\u017eeny po zohledn\u011bn\u00ed BMI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A co v\u00edc, sk\u00f3re analyzovan\u00e9 fenomovou asociac\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed celodenn\u00ed pod\u0159imov\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho genomu napomohlo korelaci nemoc\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s obezitou, hypertenz\u00ed a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s n\u011bkter\u00fdmi kardiometabolick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jejich zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed otev\u00edraj\u00ed o\u010di. N\u011bkdy jsou to pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto n\u00e1vyky, kter\u00e9 vedou k n\u011bkolika ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm komplikac\u00edm v na\u0161em t\u011ble.
