Jak ale neuroplasticita v na\u0161em mozku skute\u010dn\u011b funguje?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"653\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12115\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity.png 653w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 653px) 100vw, 653px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1890 byl poprv\u00e9 pou\u017eit term\u00edn <strong>neuroplasticita<\/strong> byl pou\u017eit z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b k popisu lidsk\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouho se m\u011blo za to, \u017ee neuroplasticita je p\u0159\u00edtomna pouze v mlad\u00fdch mozc\u00edch, v d\u011btstv\u00ed, ale po ur\u010dit\u00e9m v\u011bku se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee mozek dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka u\u017e nen\u00ed schopen zm\u011bny, je statick\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teprve v posledn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed za\u010daly v\u00fdzkumy ukazovat opak, mozek m\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b schopnost se m\u011bnit, je p\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00fd, neuroplasticita m\u016f\u017ee prob\u00edhat i v dosp\u011blosti, nejen v mozku ve v\u00fdvoji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumy v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b mlad\u00e9 mozky maj\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 plasticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vra\u0165me se tedy k na\u0161\u00ed \u00favodn\u00ed ot\u00e1zce, jak funguje neuroplasticita?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si mozek jako energetickou s\u00ed\u0165 plnou spojen\u00ed ve velmi dynamick\u00e9 struktu\u0159e, kde se r\u016fzn\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy zap\u00ednaj\u00ed poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e m\u00e1te my\u0161lenku, c\u00edt\u00edte emoci nebo podniknete akci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed mozkov\u00fd sign\u00e1l, svou vlastn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu; nakonec m\u00e1me spoustu drah.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity-representations.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"676\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity-representations.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12116\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity-representations.png 676w, https:\/\/mindthegraph.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/neuroplasticity-representations-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 676px) 100vw, 676px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu, kdy\u017e se z n\u00e1s st\u00e1vaj\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed, se tyto cesty st\u00e1vaj\u00ed dob\u0159e pro\u0161lapan\u00fdmi a m\u011bn\u00ed se ve zvyky, specifick\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby my\u0161len\u00ed, c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed a jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1te ur\u010dit\u00fd \u00fakol nebo m\u00e1te ur\u010dit\u00fd pocit, m\u00e1 mozek pro tento \u00fakol ur\u010ditou cestu a opakov\u00e1n\u00edm se tato cesta nejen dob\u0159e proch\u00e1z\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 posiluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 mozek m\u00e1 schopnost rozpoznat n\u00e1znaky \u010dehokoli, pocity, \u00fakoly, my\u0161lenky, v\u0161e se m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit ve zvyk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu se elektrick\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159et automaticky a poka\u017ed\u00e9 je st\u00e1le snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ji proj\u00edt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to jako jezdit do kancel\u00e1\u0159e ka\u017ed\u00fd den stejnou trasou, n\u011bkdy se zd\u00e1, \u017ee jste se tam pr\u00e1v\u011b objevili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud za\u010dnete z jak\u00e9hokoli d\u016fvodu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let jinak, nau\u010d\u00edte se n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho nebo se rozhodnete zm\u011bnit ur\u010dit\u00fd n\u00e1vyk, za\u010dnete si razit novou cestu; nahrad\u00edte starou cestu novou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud nau\u010d\u00edte mozek cestovat po t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 cest\u011b m\u00edsto po star\u00e9, mozek se za\u010dne u\u010dit a v\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvat tuto novou cestu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casem se nov\u011b vznikl\u00e1 cesta vydl\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed a za\u010dne se p\u0159irozen\u011b rozv\u00edjet. st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd motorick\u00fd deficit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee \u017eena nem\u011bla velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou \u010d\u00e1st mozku, jej\u00ed mozek se dok\u00e1zal s\u00e1m p\u0159epojit, aby absenci moze\u010dku kompenzoval. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e nebyl tak v\u00fdkonn\u00fd jako b\u011b\u017en\u00fd mozek, st\u00e1le dok\u00e1zal plnit
